Nope, Stays is totally free for both Hosts and Travelers.
No, Stays does not receive, process, or manage bookings/reservations. Stays is a discovery platform, not a booking platform. Properties listed on Stays will have custom Listing Pages that will direct interested guests to the existing booking website/webpages of your choice. We see many hosts prioritize sending viewers to their private booking website so they can pay less fees to third-party booking platforms and charge guest less. However, host still have the option to link third-party booking links (i.e. Airbnb) so they can give potential guest different booking options.
Stays takes pride in being a trusted, curated source for the best vacation rentals nationwide. To ensure we are able to do this, we're only list vacation rentals that portray a superior experience to travelers. Stays with great location, excellent views, rare amenities, aesthetic interiors, unique design and/or superb service are the priority. Host will have to go through an application process before their Stay is allowed to be displayed.
